A real estate lawyer oversees the application of real property law. He advises and supports his various clients in their procedures in the event of a dispute or when drafting a document. He supports his clients at various stages of their procedures, to draw up a compromise or a sales contract, commercial, professional or living lease. He is involved in the management or creation of real property objects.
A real estate advocate may be called upon to intervene in a condominium conflict, between a landlord and his tenant, but also in the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller. He then takes a friendly approach at first and therefore interferes with the advice. If the dispute cannot find a peaceful solution, he can then defend his clients before the competent courts, and then must prepare a case and go to court.
